Sweet T Original products are made in a smoke- and pet-free environment.

PAYMENT

Sweet T Original accepts payment via PAYPAL, a secure online payment site,which processes all major credits cards.  There are no additional costs involved and opening a paypal account is easy, fast, and free of charge.  To open a Paypal account, visit www.paypal.com.  Payment is due at time of check-out. 

If you'd like to pay by check or money order, please e-mail me at tanja@sweettoriginal.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Sweet T Original purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivey confirmation.  After an item is sent, a delivery confirmation number will be e-mailed to you so you can track your package via www.usps.com. 

If you require faster delivery, please contact me, and I'll be more than glad to work with you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At the moment, the shopping cart is set up for U.S. based mailing addresses only.  Until the shopping card is updated for international mailing addresses, please do the following.  Enter your city and country in the "city" field and enter "AA" in the "state" field.  Alternatively, you can also e-mail me your order to tanja@sweettoriginal.com, and I will sent you a separate Paypal invoice.

International orders will be shipped via USPS ground service (4-6 weeks).  For Airmail (4-7 days), please add $3.00 to your final payment. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be happy with your Sweet T Original purchase. To help insure this, I provide detailed product information and have a high level of quality control for all items before shipment. Since care is taken pre-sale and all items are handmade in limited quantities, there is a very limited return/exchange policy. No refunds or returns, except in cases of seller error (e.g. wrong item shipped).

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, exchange for a similar item may be possible, depending on stock availability.  Sweet T Original will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

GIFT WRAPPING

If you purchase an item as a gift, cards and wrapping are available at no extra charge. Please indicate your request for gift wrapping during the check-out process or sent an e-mail to tanja@sweettoriginal.com.
